Abstract
Project management is the act of organizing a team's efforts to complete all project objectives within the allotted time and budget restrictions.
Typically, this information is detailed in project documentation that is prepared at the start of the development process.
Scope, time, and budget are the main restrictions.
The second difficulty is to allocate resources as efficiently as possible and use them to carry out predetermined objectives.
To generate a finished project that meets the goals of the client is the goal of project management.
In many instances, the goal of project management is also to restructure or modify the client's brief so that it can realistically satisfy the client's objectives.
Once the client's goals are made clear, they should guide every choice the other parties engaged in the project make.
